My name’s Milan and I'm 9 years old. During lockdown I felt miserable and unsettled because I couldn't see my family and friends. This is when I discovered my love for reading and keeping physically active. Reading and exercise helped me to relax and feel better. 

This week I will be travelling to various towns and cities around the country including Blackpool, the popular seaside resort, to complete my #FitforLit challenges which includes hiking, gokarting, cycling and skiing.
