Story
Between us we are taking part in 29 events over the next 18 months. These events range from obstacle courses and triathlons to marathons and Ironman Wales!
With a family member suffering from dementia, this is a charity that means a lot to us and we want to raise as much as possible to help fund research but we also want to raise awareness for the charity.
