As I build up the distance week by week to put me into some sort of state to tackle my first marathon run I am inspired to keep going by the thought of supporting such a great cause as Build Africa ( see left to find out more ! )  and the people who benefit from it .

Please help me to help them with whatever you feel you are able to give . It will be much appreciated and make those miles seem at least a little shorter !!
