In November of this year just ahead of my 55th Birthday I will be embarking on a significant personal challenge in aid of Challenge Cancer UK.

Challenge Cancer UK equally splits funds raised to The Christie, Prostate Cancer UK, The Macmillan, Anthony Nolan, The Eve Appeal, Cancer Research UK, CLIC Sargent, Marie Curie, Melanoma Focus & Teenage Cancer Trust, all funds raised go to supporting research and assisting those who support patients and their families undergoing treatment

Together with colleagues from the Facilities Management and Building Services sector I will be cycling 450km from Saigon in Vietnam through the Mekong Delta to Angkor Wat in Cambodia in search of reaching our Team Target of £50k for this most worthy charity.
