I am proud to have supported Posse Atlanta for the past four years as a member of its Advisory Board and I am honored to serve as the Chair of the Board in 2021.  I am inspired daily by our scholars who are identified, trained and flourish as a result of the hard work of the Posse Foundation and its volunteer network.  When these students rise as leaders in their careers and communities, Posse Scholars become the ones creating and supporting meaningful change in our country and in our work force.  We are solving real world problems and it is encouraging to see the remarkable results the Posse Foundation is achieving.

To remind everyone, Posse was inspired by a student who said he never would have dropped out of college if he had his "posse" with him. The simple idea: send a team (10 students) of diverse students together to college and set them up for success. Posse has now supported almost 10,000 students nationwide in winning $1.5 billion in scholarships from Posse's partner colleges, with a 90% graduation rate! 

Posse Atlanta has already produced over 700 scholars to date and helps with career advancement for over 350 local Posse alumni.  Our ultimate goal is to build a leadership network for the Atlanta workforce that represents the diversity of this incredible city.  I ask that you please consider joining me in supporting this worthy mission.  I am hopeful that with your help we will fund another 10,000 scholars over the next 5 years.
