I'm not a fan of charity events, and I don't like asking. 

So I'm going to ask for just a £1 donation. The act of filling in the form will be enough to ask, but if you have the time please drop a single pound into my bin. 

The money will go towards helping this local and very supportive hospice. I have donated privately to support them and now fancy challenging myself on this ride. It won't be an easy ride, and a few donations from my friends and the memories of my Mom may just help when going up those last few hills.

I will be riding through the Welsh hills to Aberdovey. Its a 125 mile course taking in the infamous Dinas Mawddwy pass.

Hopefully the winds will not be blowing 40mph westerly like this week!

My motivation follows my moms stay in Mary Stevens Hospice last year. It was a difficult time for the family. Mary Stevens made it dignified and respectful.
