So to show our support within the construction industry we are holding #Efmas jumper Day at work on the 9th December 2021

Everyone is welcome to wear their best choice of Christmas jumper by making a donation towards Strongmen. We also want to raise awareness, that we all can experience difficult times, and with the help of Strongmen I have had the opportunity to create some amazing memories and meet some awesome people. Setting the foundations for friendships that will last a lifetime. I will always be humble to have the friends I have, and the ones I will make along the way 

Strongmen are a charity that can provide men who are suffering mentally and physically from bereavment with weekend retreats and the Man2Man service. All volunteered by men alike
