I lost my grandad 13 years ago to MND, him being one of the first couple of people to pass away from this deadly disease. In the last couple of years Stephen Darby, former Bradford City player, has been diagnosed with this horrific disease but despite his own struggles, he has set up this foundation to help and support other sufferers. Knowing what it does to not only the patient but also their families is heartbreaking and I want to raise as much money as possible to hopefully raise awareness, give support and more importantly hopefully find a cure for MND.
