Help For Heroes is a charity close to me being a "retired" army wife!  My swim school, Orca, are swimming as many lengths as possible to raise money for the charity.  Children as young as 4 will be taking part!  Hopefully the parents will be swimming as well!

We are hoping to raise £500 but we would love to smash that target to help wounded soldiers rebuild their lives.
