We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

So somewhere along the way I've lost the plot and decied to run 26.2 miles. It's a good job it's all for a brilliant cause!

I am running for Cancer Research UK as part of their More Tomorrows Campaign. Every year, around 37,900 people are diagnosed with cancer in the North West and the need for more research into the disease has never been greater. Cancer Research UK have helped to provide new cancer research facilities at the Manchester Cancer Research Centre.

The More Tomorrows campaign will help to fund the construction of a new centre, providing more lab space for their scientists, enabling them to make more life-saving discoveries faster.

Anything you can therefore donate to this very worthy cause will go towards the groundbreakig research taking place to help save lives and create more tomorrows, and that's what it's all about!

Besides, running 26.2 miles is going to be pretty darn difficult and I need all the support I can get!
