It's that time of year again! My yearly foray into the pain and humiliation of been beaten across the finish line by an OAP wearing walking shorts and a pair of plimsolls!!

Seriously though, it's my time to raise some money and awareness for the charity that provide us with the great information and advice that keeps our middle angel so fit and healthy. Without Coeliac UK our lives would be much tougher.
