Hello everyone and thanks for your interest in VSO and my ongoing running efforts!  I thought it was about time that I ran for VSO and stopped practising. 

VSO is an international development charity that believes in volunteering for development.  Your kind donation will contribute to VSO's work around the world including, my region -  Asia and Pacific.  For example, you will be supporting marginalised women and young people to form community groups and access leadership training so that they can have a real say in what happens in their lives, whether it's lobbying for transport for teachers so that classes are not cancelled, improving rubbish collection or demanding an improvement of health facilities.  

Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to VSO and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for VSO.
