In March 2010 my mam, Ann Bartley, lost her eight year battle with cancer.

In her memory I will be running the Edinburgh marathon in May 2011 and raising as much money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

There are an estimated 2 million people in the UK who are living with cancer. Macmillan offer emotional, financial, health and social care support to the family and individuals who are living with cancer. 99% of Macmillans services are funded by donations, so please give as much as you can spare. I have set my target of £918, which will pay for a Macmillan nurse for 1 week.
