Having run several half marathons over the past few years I have been challenged by my colleagues to step up to the mark and complete a full one!! Although it is a major challenge for me it is nothing compared with having to face up and deal with cancer! 

Over the past few years I have witnessed several close friends have to bravely deal with the consequences of this horrible disease. If you can find it in yourselves to sponsor me in my efforts to run this race it will motivate me to get round the 26.2 miles, which as you can see from the picture, with my little legs, won't be easy! More importantly it will help continue to fund the fantastic research work carried out by Bowel Cancer UK
