We bring more than medicine to seriously ill children in hospital.

Story

So, for those of you not already aware of it, Sick Kids Save Point is a 24 hour gaming marathon to raise money for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation which helps to provide extra support and comforts to children undergoing treatment at Edinburgh's Royal Hospital for Sick Children. The work that they do helping kids through the hard times is extremely important and with your support they can do even more.

Last year the marathon raised over £7,000, which was an amazing feat, but this year, we're looking to raise £10,000, our "Platinum" trophy.  To give you an idea of what that means, £10,000 is the annual cost of running "KidsNet", the Sick Kids children's computer network, which would be a huge achievement.

As those of you who know me know well, this is the only kind of marathon I'll ever be likely to take part in and last year I was extremely grateful to you for all of your generosity.  I hope I can count on you for your support this year, however big or small, I know the kids will be grateful.
