I am running again for Team T&C, raising money for Cancer Research. This is great cause very close to my heart. Cancer Research UK is the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. Their ground breaking work into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer has saved millions of lives. Survival rates have doubled in the last thirty years and they have been at the heart of that progress. However, one in three people will still get cancer at some point and their vital work, funded entirely by the public, will help ensure that millions more people will survive.

As many of you know,I lost my mon to cancer four years ago.Last year I started running to lose weight. Then I got the idea of running for charity. I enlisted a few colleagues and since then we have completed 3 half marathons, raising over £2500 for various charities. Unfortunately I cannot get the others to follow me on this one, but I know they will be with me in spirit, as will my Mom. Please give me your support as I will defiantly need it this time, I am running the full Marathon 26.2 miles!!!!!!
