Over the past decade I have seen the various effects on mental health within friends and family. Tragically, I have seen some lose their battle. 

I am training to cycle the length of Britain (Lands End to John O Groats) to raise money for Mind in September 2018. They raise awareness so that people struggling with their Mental Health can get the assistance they need and help to remove the stigma surrounding depression and anxiety.
