Mick is running the Great Scottish Run this September.

We recently found out that Mick's young cousin has breast cancer making this an easy choice to support.

It's a half marathon - 13 miles. Normally Mick would drive that distance and if you added up all his running he'd ever done I doubt it would come to 13 miles.

He's doing the running so lets give him a bit of encouragement and a few sponsors.
