First early morning exercise session went well...26kms... Waiting, no praying, for summer to come! It's cold!!

Hey everyone

Soooo what's happening...& why is it happening!!

A few of us decided to join a group and cycle from London to Paris in aid of ActionAid. An AWESOME charity dedicated to not only fighting poverty GLOBALLY, but eradicating all the bad things that go hand in hand with poverty (HIV/AIDS, serious human right violations, helping children living in extremely bad conditions, educating & empowering people and the list goes on).

Why cycling? Why Paris? It's 500km in 4days...not just a fun ride, but a serious attempt to show that with loads of sweat and dedication...we can change the world!!! Why Paris...it looks like it's all downhill from London.

OK, all jokes aside..friends, colleagues and family...the world is in dire need of help & only we, you giving and us cycling, can help! To add an old quote "If not you...who? If not now...when?"

We're 5 firends..that's £1,350 x 5 = £6,750 in total we need to raise & the bulk needs to be paid by April, SO if we can get 100 friends to donate £10 (R105) each, we almost there. If you're a UK Tax payer, we can even claim an extra 28p/£1.

So PLEASE get behind us & give all you can!!
