Michael was the Chair of Trustees for Warning Zone.  Michael's leadership, generosity and commitment steered Warning Zone through challenging times and helped its further development to meet the changing threats. 

Launched in 2006 Warning Zone provides vital information for the children of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland aged 10-11.

Delivering crucial messages from personal to online safety through stimulating and memorable experience, helping to prepare youngsters for increased independence and their transition into early adolescence. Located in Frog Island in Leicester, the core programme aims to provide knowledge and understanding of risk, consequence of action, peer pressure and personal responsibility. Presenting the real risks of life for children growing through their teenage years, delivered in an honest, compassionate and understandable way, in order to encourage responsible behaviour and sound decision making whilst living full and active lives.
