Three or so months ago, my dad came to me telling me he's going to be cycling to bordeaux. After he lost lots of weight in the last 18 months its safe to say I was shocked to think he would do that, now he is fitter than me and is much more prepared! 

They encourage new talent with our extensive education programme for schools, students and young professionals.
They help people who are working, or have worked, in our industry and who are facing financial hardship or a personal crisis. They provide grants for individuals, couples and families in need.

If that does not appeal, please spare what you can to aid me in cycling 600 miles in 6 days, this is something I'm not ready for!!
