Hi guys, on the 18^th September 2011 Ben and I will be running The Bupa Great North Run for the first time and hopefully not the last in aid of Diabetes UK! We are raising money In support of my Dad and Bens Mum both of whom are diabetics. It is a really worthwile charity, which not only funds research to find a cure for the disease but also offers support to diabetics and their families.

 

We would hugely appreciate any donations you can afford to give, to make the sweat and pain all worthwhile.
