We raise funds for Down syndrome UK/PADS to provide current information and support

Story

In April 2019 I gave birth to our incredible little boy, Freddie. He was diagnosed with Down Syndrome post birth. Being first time parents we had no experience of babies, let alone a little bundle of boy with extra needs. We were welcomed with open arms into a group called PADS (positive about Down Syndrome), and they have made our journey a lot more comforting, with exceptional support and encouragement for everyone involved. PADS are a charity that allow families of people with Down Syndrome to be offered courses for development, fun days out to socialise families in the same situations and they are always at the end of the phone any time that you need them. I would like to be able to raise money for PADS, not only to give back to thank them for the help that they have given me and my family, but to be able to allow them to continue helping families in the way that they have helped mine.
