I have decided to do this as I feel it's the one thing I can now do that my Nanna would have supported and encouraged.

My Nanna sadly passed away on Sunday 11th January 2015 due to many illnesses but primarily due to Ischaemic Heart Disease. She has suffered most of her life with her heart, but her passing was very sudden and unexpected. This is still extremely painful and raw to the whole family, but if there was one last thing I could do to make my Nanna proud, this would be it.

Therefore I am raising money for an outstanding charity that has helped so many people for over 50 years and put millions of pounds into vital research every year. It is a charity that has been close to our hearts for a long time, and it deserves all the help and awareness it can get.
