Thanks for taking the time to visit The Melanie Beattie Appeal Fund Just Giving page.
Walter Lewis and Steve Jones have just completed a walk of the Leeds to Liverpool canal to raise money for The Melanie Beattie Appeal Fund. They started from Liverpool on October 11 and, in spite of very sore feet and some inclement weather early on, completed the 127 mile walk in 7 days
The Melanie Beattie Appeal Fund was set up to honour the memory of Melanie Beattie who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in February 2003 and received care at Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology. It raises money to improve the treatment, care, support and facilities for Clatterbridge cancer patients across the region.
