Tony and Mel have both had cancer. Mel has survived past the 5 year mark. The cost of her treatment was around £75,000 and over her lifetime we are trying to payback the cost to support the NHS and cancer research. The Royal Marsden provides not just hospital care but ground-breaking research into cancer. Their care and research has helped so many people, not least Mel and Tony.
