When my 83 year old dad first came to stay with us at the beginning of lock down he decided to use our rowing machine to keep fit. His first day he managed about 200 meters.  Also, whilst here he has avidly followed the work of Happy Paws. 

Over the last 17 weeks he's steadily built up his time and distance on the rower and has decided he's going to do a 5k row to raise funds for the amazing work that Lisa and her team do to rescue abandoned and abused Golden Retrievers.
