If you haven't heard about recent events at work - my work mate Ryan Colley had a nasty fall on the gallop and needed to be air lifted to Leeds General Infirmary.  The Yorkshire Air Ambulance and their team were marvelous and need our help.  

I will be doing a Tandem Skydive to raise funds for the YAA at Teeside on 2nd November.

The YAA relies solely on the generosity of the public to help save lives across the region. They need to raise £9990 per day to keep this life saving service going.   £10 keeps a YAA flying for two minutes so get your hands in your pockets and donate generously as you don't know when you might need their help!
