1 in 3 people are diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. The most common children's cancer is leukemia, which affects approximately 3,000 children every year, and that is just in America. The fact is that we are all going to be affected by cancer - whether it's us who has it or a loved one. My uncle was diagnosed with cancer last year, and unfortunately died 3 months later, which changed my views on cancer completely. 

I want to help young children with cancer feel good about themselves by donating my hair to be made into a wig. I also want to be able to help defeat cancer in general - any cancer you can get at any age. Which is why I am asking for you to donate money, which will be sent off with the hair, to help find a cure. Just a few pounds would be a great contribution.
