We give specialist care from rehabilitation to high quality, loving end of life care.

Story

I am running the Cork City Marathon on Sunday 4th June this year and I would love to raise some money for Our Ladies Hospice while I’m at it! I am setting up this fundraiser to donate money raised directly to the palliative care unit in the Harold’s Cross hospice, and in memory of my gorgeous Mom who sadly lost her brave battle with cancer 4 years ago. The palliative care unit in the hospice is a special place that alleviates stress on the family and patient during  the most heartbreaking time of their lives. The palliative care team provide compassionate end of life care with the utmost respect while maintaining dignity of the patient always. All donations to Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services benefit their patients, through the funding of frontline services, the funding of essential maintenance programmes and spending on capital projects. I would like to say thank you in advance for all and any donations and look forward to the upcoming run! Megan x
