I have worked at DRCSC since January as a counsellor. DRCSC offer support to survivors of sexual violence. This covers sexual abuse and rape from and through childhood to adulthood. Everyone at Dorset Rape crisis works incredibly hard to offer support through one on one counselling and support helplines. They also offer practical support such as Independent Sexual Violence Advisor's and support up until, through and after court cases. 

Tough Mudder is an endurance event series in which participants attempt 10–16 mile-long (16–19 km) military-style obstacle courses. tough Mudder tests mental as well as physical strength. The obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights. I want to raise as much money as possible for DRCSC and to honour the mental and physical strength of my clients and all the service users and staff at Dorset Rape Crisis.
