Story
In the last year whilst Sean was battling pancreatic cancer he was introduced to the Roxburghe House Hospice in Aberdeen. He felt at home there and was treated with dignity, respect and the highest quality of care imaginable. Sean spent his final weeks at Roxburghe House until he passed away peacefully and pain free on 20th July 2017.
This beautiful hospice was perfect for Sean and the family. The staff were just amazing, so kind and supportive in the most difficult of times. The team of doctors, nurses, support staff and volunteers were simply wonderful.
Julie, Lauren and Lewis would like family flowers only at Sean's funeral but if you would like to make a donation to the hospice in Sean's name please do so here. This will be a way of saying thank you for the exceptional care that Sean was given and will mean that the hospice can carry on their vital work for others that need them.
Donations to the hospice go towards keeping the beautiful gardens maintained, books of remembrance, memory boxes , making the patients rooms nice, hospital equipment and specialised mattresses etc.
Sean's family will always be so grateful for the team at Roxburghe for making Sean's last few weeks happy and comfortable.
Please donate here in memory of Sean to show our appreciation to these truly amazing people.
Thank You
