My name is Maya Dahan and I go to the Jewish school Immanuel College. Soon I will be joining a few other people in my school on a meaningful trip to Odessa, Ukraine to spend time with the wonderful Tikva charity.

Tikva is a beautiful charity which helps Jewish orphans and children in distress in the region. It provides them with a home, with clothes and food, valuable secular and Jewish education and, most importantly, the love and care they need from dedicated volunteers and other children who are experiencing the same as they are. By donating to this worthy cause, you will be giving Tikva the capacity they need to continue to provide for these children in the special way they do so.

On my side, I will be volunteering at the GIFT charity to raise money for Tikva. This is a charity that provides food packages, tutoring services and more for needy families in the UK.
