Hi Everyone in February last year my good friend Mark Knapp suddenly and unexpectedly died at 34yrs old. He was a great bloke, a loving husband to his wife Keri and devoted dad to his two young children. He was all round caring and loving  person who I feel lucky to have met. I've known him since secondary school and he was one of those people who put a smile on everyone's faces, full of energy and kindness.

After he passed away his wife Keri and family set up the Made a Mark charity in his memory to support bereaved children.

So in memory of Mark and to support bereaved children I've decided to enter my first organised run; the Weston Super Half Marathon. This is a 13 mile run on Sunday 24th March in Weston-super-Mare. I'm looking to raise £400 if I can for the charity, so if you are able to donate and share to others who might like to donate would be great.

If you would like more information around the charity here is their website link, and if you would like to fundraise for them feel free to contact them direct too:
