As you may know, I am not a big fan of physical exercise and especially running. So entering the Bristol 10k is a big deal for me - but if you saw the way people live in the slums of Dhaka I hope you would also be motivated to do what you could to help. If you don't fancy running with me then please sponsor me! To make it even more of a challenge I'd like you to sponsor me two ways: 1. a lump sum  2.
