Yes it is true!  Despite the pain of last years race being a recent memory both James and myself have decided to run the inaugral Virgin London Marathon for H.E.A.R.T UK again this year.  An extract from their website, www.heartuk.org.uk :

"At H·E·A·R·T UK we′re passionate about preventing premature deaths caused by high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease"

The preparation could have been better, with injuries, broken toes and general hectic life getting in the way of training... well that's the excuses out of the way!

Last year with your kind help and generosity we managed to raise a combined total just short £7k - thank you!  It would be great to hit our target this year and raise a further £3000 for a great charity that helps families left devasted by IHC.

We will once again be running in the memory of our great Dad who died suddenly of heart disease in October 2004.
