Having done little to no running since the roaring success of the Royal Parks 2 years ago I thought it was about time to dust off those running shoes.

I'm running the 10 mile Bupa Great South Run - it's a bit shorter than the Great North run for soft southerners - on Sunday 24th October in Portsmouth. 

All sponsorship money is going to Macmillan Cancer Support - a very worthwhile cause.  Would be fantastic if you could help me reach my target of £200.
