Andy's Man Club are a men's mental health club who try and get men to talk about problems and prevent men's suicide.

I lost my best friend Shane to suicide in 2017. It was a massive shock to see such a physically big strong man take his own life due to his personal life struggles.

Maybe if he had known there was a place he could go and talk where no one knew him and would not judge him he could have talked his problems through and might still be here today. 

Because of this personal experience and to try and stop it happening to others I am running for this Charity - to bring awareness of what they do and support their help of other men.
