We provide welfare and financial support to Welsh Guardsmen and families in need

Story

I have come up with this challenge most importantly to remember all those personnel from the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards and the remainder of the British Army that gave their lives in the service of their country also to all personnel suffering or have suffered with Post Traumatic Stress  disorder, I have been lucky enough not to have been affected by this however I have seen friends and colleagues who have suffered greatly and I would also like to spread the word regarding PTSD and possibly help those affected by it.  The challenge itself is 100 Miles to be completed in one week . 14.3 Miles per day, this can be split into two sessions per day or completed as a one session. For example 7.3 Miles in the morning and 7 Miles in the evening. Please share this with as many people as people and let’s raise as much money as possible for this great charity and please feel free to join me it’s open to everyone .
