Story
I’m lending my old joints to raise money for my local Hospital and the place where I work as a Practice Development Nurse,as I feel very strongly that she deserves all the support I can give in providing the amazing care and services to the area. My contribution will be walking just over 40 kilometres, climbing the three major Surrey hills: Holmbury Hill, Leith Hill and Box Hill in aid of SASH Charity
While the hospital works hard to provide the best possible care in challenging circumstances, there is little money to spare for things patients really appreciate such as specialised training, twin cots for neonatal wards and special computer screens for patients suffering from dementia. SASH Charity works to try and fill this gap, with a particular current project SASH Charity project is the Camomile Courtyard - a sheltered, dementia friendly garden, to improve the experience of hospital stays for patients and their visitors.
I would be very grateful if you could help us by making a donation, anything - however small - would be very gratefully received!
