9th May:

Well we made it ! Just over three and a half hours cycling time plus two puncture stops, a quick lunch and one head first dive into the nettles (Tim !). It was great ride despite the head wind and the first four miles on the sandy tracks of Marthas Hill.

Thank you very much to all those who sponsored me and helped me go well over my original target - it makes all the aches and pains of today worth it !

I am cycling the Downs Link on Sunday 8th May, along with 30 other like minded people to raise money for St. Peter's School, Henfield.
