Completed the Great Eastern Run (13.1 miles) for the Royal Anglian Benevolent Charity Fund in 1hr 45mins. Not my PB of 1hr 33mins but still a reasonable time and the day was very hot. I am planning to run the Perkins Great Eastern Run (13.1 miles) in under 1hr 40 mins in October for the Royal Anglian Benevolent Fund. I want to raise money for our local soldiers, their families & loved ones. As a member of a very close county Infantry Regiment I hear and see a lot with regards to our soldiers and their families when in distress.

Please spare a thought for those that never made it home from recent operational tours and spare a couple of quid to help those left behind trying to get their lives back together.

The run and to do it in a good time will be a great challenge for me. So I challenge you to please dig deep and donate to this cause.
