Thanks for visiting my page. 

My father-in-law Keith died suddenly on 30 March 2022. In memory of him we are walking 25km from Eastbourne to Alfriston as part of the South Coast Challenge.

Keith loved the South Downs and it is an area close to all our hearts. Alfriston as the destination for our walk feels very appropriate as it is where the photo above was taken back in 2017.

Team Parsnip (Lucy, Karen, Phil and I) want to do him proud and raise money for charity.

I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
