Hi there,

Between 21-25 July I will be cycling 500km from London to Paris raising money for Christian Aid's Poverty campaign to help some of the most deprived communities in Africa and the developing world. 

Last year's event raised £250,000 in sponsorship, which has helped poor communities around the world to work their way out of poverty. 

It would be fantastic if you could make a donation to help me contribute to raising an even greater amount this year. I will be paying my own way (to cover hotel, food, biere etc) so all your money goes directly to the good causes administered by Christian Aid.

Training is going well. Thanks to Chris H. for the loan of shorts. Will drop them by next week.
