Thanks for taking the time to visit one of my two JustGiving pages.

I feel excited (and a little bit scared) to have a place in the London Marathon, 24th April 2016.  Training is going well so far considering a year ago I said I would never do a marathon, and a 10k was long enough for me!  Now however, I am fully committed and putting my all into my training.  I am really looking forward to the day!  I thought it would be great if 2 charities that mean a lot to me and people close to me, will hopefully benefit from my efforts:  SANDS & VISTA

SANDS is a great charity that offers support when a baby dies in pregnancy or after birth.  The death of a baby is a devastating experience with overwhelming feelings of grief.  Parents and their families are left feeling dazed, disorientated, isolated and exhausted.  SANDS were there for my wife and I when our 1st born son Jack was born sleeping in March 2007.  And they also provide support for other family members and friends touched by a baby's death.  So, this page is for you Jack Nurse.  Our very own guardian angel.

Please donate to one or both pages, whatever amount you can spare.  I managed to raise £500 for SANDS in 2014 so would love to raise more for them.
