Last year I decided that Cancer Research was a good cause to be raising money for as there were two people I knew who were living with advanced cancer. 
Now there is just one. 

On July 26th I'm going to compete in an Ironman triathlon. 
This consists of  a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile Bike ride and then a full Marathon. I'm hoping to get all this done in under 12 hours...
