Together with 2 work colleagues, Adam Crick and Nik Suddards, I am undertaking the Highland Cross on 22nd June 2013.  It's a coast to coast duathlon consisting of a 20 mile run from Kintail on the west coast over the mountains to Loch Affric, followed by a 30 mile bike ride on road to finish at Beauly on the east coast.

This will be my 5th time in participating and i am determined to give it my best shot and hopefully beat my personal best.
