Already hit the £300 mark! Woo! Gonna aim for £500!! Thanks to everyone so far!

Thank you for coming to my page.

Last year my good friend Nerys Whiley sadly lost her father Alan Whiley to cancer. 

In honoring her father and Macmillan who supported Nerys' family throughout the last year she decided to raise money by taking part in the "Moonriders" charity challenge, cycling from London to Brighton.

I decided to take part in this challenge both to support my friend through the 100km night ride and to give my support to the charity that gave Alan and his family the support they needed through what was both an unexpected and difficult time.

As you all know, I'm not much of an athlete and prefer to keep most my physical activity to a keyboard and mouse.  I have never attempted a cycle of this kind and will be a huge personal challenge for me (plus it'll be taking place way past my bedtime).

We would greatly appreciate your generous donations towards  Macmillan Cancer Support to ensure that other families get the same amazing support that the Whiley's received.
