I have been selected along with 33 LBG colleagues to partake in a grueling 500km cycle challenge in November riding from the Paciffic to the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica in just 7 days.

Part of my challenge is to raise in excess of £4,000 for the Alzheimer's Society and Alzheimer's Scotland. This charity is particularly close to me as my girlfriends Gran suffers from dementia and I have seen first hand the impact that this has. Raising money will help to provide support to not only dementia sufferers but there carers as well.

I am to raise the money through a range of different fundraising activities and would be grateful if you can help along the way!
