On 31st July, a group of friends and I will be travelling up to Scotland to start our National Three Peak Challenge, scaling the three highest peaks in the UK within 24 hours (including travelling inbetween). We start the challenge on Monday 1st August at 6pm at the base of Ben Nevis in Scotland and intend to finish by 6pm on Tuesday 2nd at the base of Snowdon in Wales.

I think various people are doing it for various charities, but I thought it would be a good oppourtunity to not only do it in memory of Nathan Bray- a good friend who passed away after a short battle with Bowel Cancer in 2009, but also to raise money into the research of this disease for the charity 'Bowel and Cancer Research'

I know alot of you very generously sponsored the guys and myself last year for John O Groats to Lands End cycle ride, but if you could spare a few quid again I will be very grateful!:-)
